Job Description:
The Time & Attendance System Project Manager will be responsible
for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Time & Attendance
software selection and implementation project. This includes
requirements gathering, vendor selection, project planning,
execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in project management, experience with software
implementation, and excellent communication skills. Client Details
Leading supplier of carbon fiber, honeycomb and other composite
materials for the commercial aerospace industry. Description Key
Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop a detailed project
plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify
and document business requirements and objectives. Vendor
Selection: Conduct market research, evaluate potential vendors, and
lead the selection process. Vendor / Contract Management: Oversee
vendor relationships and contract resources, ensuring alignment
with goals, deliverables, and budget constraints. Implementation:
Oversee the software implementation process, ensuring it meets
business requirements and is completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and
issues to stakeholders and senior management. Training and Support:
Coordinate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing
support post-implementation. Risk Management: Identify potential
risks and develop mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure
the final product meets quality standards and business needs.
Project Deadline: The project must be completed and implemented in
our nine US manufacturing sites no later than Q2 2027. MPI does not

Project Manager should have: Education: Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management
experience, preferably in software implementation. Certifications:
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies
(e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient
in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Specific Software
Experience: Experience with Time & Attendance software such as
Kronos, ADP, or Workday. Complexity Management: Understanding of
time and attendance complexities, including managing sites in
different states and navigating various labor union agreements.
Travel Requirements: This position will be based out of our Salt
Lake City location and may require travel to other sites around the
