Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Certified Social Worker (CSW) to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for professionals working toward their LCSW licensure who value supportive supervision, structured hours, and meaningful client connections. As a CSW, you’ll provide clinical counseling services under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring high-quality care while developing your professional expertise. Responsibilities: Conduct 6–7 individual and/or family therapy sessions per day. Maintain thorough and timely documentation, with 1–1.5 hours of paid administrative time daily. Participate in 1 hour of weekly paid supervision with an approved LCSW. Develop treatment plans, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards. Be available for some evening sessions to accommodate client needs. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Compensation and Benefits: Annual Salary: $TBD (biweekly pay schedule) Based on experience and hours completed. Paid Time Off: 6 days (48 hours) annually Paid Holidays: 10 recognized holidays per year Medical Insurance: Not provided. Willing to help find a marketplace plan. Supervision: Paid weekly LCSW supervision included for licensure hours Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily daytime with some evening sessions Licensure and Supervision Support: The CSW must maintain an active Utah CSW license in good standing. Mindful Pathway Therapy provides supervision and documentation support to help you complete your 4,000 supervised hours and 100 supervision hours required by Utah DOPL for LCSW licensure. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active Certified Social Worker (CSW) license in Utah. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed practice. Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration.
