With offices located in Orem UT, Logan UT, and Rexburg ID, we are currently looking for inside sales representatives in your city as we continue to grow! What will you do? Contact our client's prospective customers (warm leads, NO cold calling) and ask qualifying questions for the product or service they expressed interest in Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and guide them through next steps Make fast-paced calls throughout your shift (2–4 minutes per call) Use simple, effective sales tactics — including basic rebuttals — to help customers stay engaged Become trained in high-demand industries such as Debt consolidation, Mortgage, Solar, Healthcare, Insurance, Tech, and/or other fields and express the benefits of these services to customers – and don’t worry, in our organization, we teach you all you need to know through our training process Represent brands with professionalism, empathy, and energy What’s in it for me? $12/hr base uncapped commissions. The average pay is between $18-$20. Here are some qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate to contribute to our culture: Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent completed Must complete a successful background check Must be available to work at least 22 hours per week minimum (22 hrs-40 hrs/week) Must commit to 4-hour minimum shifts, 5 days per week Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm MST Comfortable taking inbound/outbound calls for the duration of scheduled shifts Reliable attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a desire to help people Positive mindset — a force for good in the culture Hard-working, self-motivated, and eager to learn Interest in health, wellness, or coaching (not required but helpful) If you’re ready to gain hands-on sales experience, grow your professional skill set, and be part of a high-impact team within Squeeze, we'd love to hear from you.
