Job Description Job Description Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Valley Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Division Manager to help continue growing our HVAC division. This is a unique opportunity for someone with both HVAC technical expertiseand managerial leadership skills. Youll be responsible for managing all HVAC operations, leading a growing team, and driving sales performance to meet division goals. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with proven HVAC experience, a strong sales background, and the ability to develop both people and processes. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Work closely with company leadership to ensure division goals are aligned with broader company priorities. Continue to develop and grow the HVAC division, including building systems, processes, and team culture. Hire, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and sales staff. Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, project management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company policies. Track and manage job costs, labor hours, and profitability. Provide technical expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting when needed. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute HVAC sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage and motivate the HVAC sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Meet directly with customers to assess needs, present solutions, and close deals. Build long-term customer relationships and referral networks. Collaborate with marketing to promote service contracts, system upgrades, and seasonal promotions. Analyze sales data to forecast demand, identify opportunities, and refine strategies. Requirements Proven experience in HVAC management. Proven experience in Service Titan. Mobile Application and Office Application experience. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and service operations. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the HVAC industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a great attitude! Ability to balance technical expertise with customer service and business development. Technical schooling preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
