Details Job Details: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and
motivated Permanent LTL (Less Than Load) Trucking Account Executive
to join our team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a
passionate and ambitious individual to make a significant impact in
our rapidly growing organization. As an Account Executive, you will
be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our
LTL customers and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This
position requires an individual with a strong background in
logistics, prospecting, cold calling, and B2B sales.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
current and prospective clients. Cultivate new sales leads to
establish business. Sell and negotiate LTL services to potential
clients. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and
competitors' products, prices, and sales. Conduct regular check-in
meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify
additional opportunities. Maintain a thorough understanding of the
company’s services and pricing structures. Identify potential areas
of concern and new business opportunities through customer feedback
and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that
customers' needs are met. Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Provide regular sales forecasts to management. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, prospecting, cold
calling, and B2B sales. Proven track record in LTL sales and
account management. Strong understanding of the LTL trucking
industry, including market trends and competition. Exceptional
negotiation and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client
relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related
software. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. This role is a
