Sales Specialist - RetentionJob Level: Associate - Entry levelLocation: Orem, UTShift: Full-TimeCompensation: $60,000-$90,000/yearBenefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, & Life and Accident insurance and a Health Savings Account.Hiring Urgently!Position Summary:The Customer Advocacy Specialist, also known as the Retentions Specialist, is responsible for improving throughput by educating customers on the benefits of solar and resolving their concerns. In addition to retaining customers and collecting termination fees, the Retentions Specialist will also do proactive outreach to prevent cancellations from our high-risk customers. The Retentions Team is responsible for surfacing thematic issues to drive improvement throughout the organization.Essential Duties:Answer questions and resolve concerns regarding solar design, installation, and financingMake and receive calls with customers regarding cancellation (90% outbound)Create and send termination fee invoicesProcess termination fee payments over the phoneStay up to date on industry news and trends to anticipate potential impact to the customer baseMinimum Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communicationCustomer Service ExperienceDe-escalation knowledge and tactics preferredPersuasive sales skillsCreative problem solvingEfficient and organized1+ years of sales or customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required
