Job Description:
The Facility Manager reports to the CEO & Director of
Attractions & Facilities and is tasked with keeping our equipment
and centers running in top order. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing,
electrical and carpentry skills would be a plus. We envision this
role training, managing and motivating a team of hourly team
members, maintaining cost objectives and staying on top of all that
is going on inside Classic Fun Center (Orem).

- Using your knowledge of the business to develop long term
strategies to competitively position the company
- Summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues
and expenses
- Measuring costs of products, services, or other cost
objectives
- Showing capabilities of managing profit and loss responsibility
through setting financial goals and managing budgets
- Completing all shift paperwork and/or reporting requirements
Requirements
*21 years + of age
- Ability to move Arcade equipment (approximately 250 lbs.) climb
ladders and possess the strength required to repair, clean and
maintain the facility machines and equipment
- Knowledge of arcade games or electrical boards is preferred and
a plus
- Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer
and business requirements
- Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to
work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and
friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team
oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing,
regarding all areas of job responsibilities
Benefits
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000+ DOE
