What You Can Expect As a handyman you are responsible for general repairs and maintenance related tasks including carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, paintaing, HVAC, etc. In addition, you will: Prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to client calls as required, and complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance work and procedures Helps to ensure all building and maintenance policies, procedures, codes, regulations, etc. are followed and enforced including safety systems and standards To Be Successful High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years experience in general maintenance in construction industry preferred Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment For Your Safety Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Able to push brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, dolly, and etc. Must be able to bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees to handle materials Must be able to stand for extended periods of time on concrete floor IBP is an equal opportunity employer.
