Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Software Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. You'll work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value to our customers and exceed revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and onboarding. - - - -
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively position our software solutions. - - - -
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - - - -
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas. - - - -
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and identify new sales opportunities. - - - -
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management. - - - -
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales, ideally in a high-growth environment. - - - -
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - - - -
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - - - -
    • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. - - - -
    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools. - - - -
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment. - - - -
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

      • Experience selling contact center software. - - - -
      • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling

        Job Requirements:

        • Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience - - - -
        • Minimum two years of channel or direct sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment - - - -
        • Experience with UCaaS or call center platforms required - - - -
        • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with little to no supervision. - - - -
        • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers. - - - -
        • Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions. - - - -
        • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues. - - - -
        • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts as well as colleagues. - - - -
        • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects. - - - -
        • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills. The Account Executive is required to attend training events throughout the year and expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate. - - - -
        • Demonstrating industry knowledge. - - - -
        • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
