Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Contract Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and coordinate pricing arrangements for provider groups
and facilities within the Health Plan networks
Create standard contracts for providers across the Health Plan
service area
Support provider recruitment activities to build and maintain
high-value and compliant networks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business,
health care administration, or communications preferred
Prior experience in health care insurance or insurance network
management
Experience with analyzing and negotiating contract terms and
reimbursement rates
Proficiency in contract reading, redlining, and MS Office
applications
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences
