Hourly this comes out to $18.50 an hour.**Requirements** Full knowledge of PestRoutes scheduling rules and detail (i.e., how to move, reschedule, or cancel jobs, and how to adjust, build, or delete complete routes).* Detail-oriented and responsible, following shift schedules and eliminating scheduling mistakes.* Strong communication skills in person and over the phone with Branch and Service Managers, Customer Experience Agents, etc.* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, calculating simple formulas, creating pivot tables, along with creating _ad hoc_ reports.* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including Word and PowerPoint.*Responsibilities** Send out updates on key metrics such as daily revenue, etc..* Send out final key metrics from the day before each day, including competition updates.* Confirm key requirements for scheduled jobs before allowing them to be run the next day.* Validate scheduling of all supported teams' jobs by:Confirming each job adheres to scheduling rulesReceiving permission for same day requests from Field Management and calling technicians for same day requests Speaking with Scheduling and Field Management to gain special scheduling permissions for jobs scheduled in the futureTrimming down overbooked routes the night before they are run.* Monitor completion of day-of jobs in order to boost fulfillment rate and report key reasons for rescheduled or cancelled jobs.* Keep track of all sales scheduled for the current day and call any technician who is behind on their route or may have missed an appointment and make sure it will get serviced that day.* Investigate and reschedule any initial job that wasn't completed the previous day.* Assist in rescheduling uncompleted jobs via findings on the fulfillment report.* Monitoring "Rescheduled Routes" and "Scheduling Errors" sheets for supported teams and resolving issues that arise.* Design slides for incentive and competition presentations.#INDCSSJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.50 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:* Orem, UT 84058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
