Job Description:

turned into nine separate subsidiaries collaborating on thousands
of projects yearly. The enterprise is comprised of companies that
span from administrative services to insurance and from building
materials to construction. Clyde Companies, Inc is the
administrative services group that supports the other eight
subsidiaries. We are looking for a Credit Assistant who wants to
have an impact and join the Clyde family! The position: As Credit
Assistant, you will provide critical support to the Credit Team by
managing data, communicating with clients, and performing other
administrative tasks including but not limited to: * Assisting in
pulling credit and pertinent business data to establish credit
files for accounts and credit references; * Preparing lien waivers,
construction liens, and lien releases; * Draft letters, create and
maintain reports, process incoming credit applications, and set up
new accounts * File preliminary notices in State Construction
Registry; and * Generate official correspondence. This position
will require working on Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. What makes you successful: A successful Credit
Assistant will: * Have prior office experience and demonstrated
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Have a strong
organizational skillset; * Have experience working with the general
public; * Demonstrate good public relations and communication
skills (written and oral); * Possess strong organizational skills;
* Be able to perform duties effectively and efficiently in a
time-sensitive environment; * Remain focused on work that is
repetitive and stay on task; and * Maintain a high degree of
accuracy and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: *
Sedentary work; may require lifting up to 10lbs.; * Inside,
climate-controlled setting; and * Repetitive motion associated with
operating a computer and other office equipment. What well do for
