Are you ready to work? We are seeking an Account Receivable professional to temporarily join our team!

This AR Specialist will specifically be responsible for reconciling and assisting with the Accounts Receivable Processes by working directly with the controller. We are seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and hard working. This would be temporary with the potential of becoming permanent! If you are looking for a temporary job to have before your new permanent role with another organization while you search, this opportunity is for you!

Compensation: $20 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours weekly, Monday - Friday. Flexible.
Location: Orem, UT on-site
Start date: Week of 2/13-2/17.

Responsibilities Include:

• 
  
• Work with team of controller and two other AR temps.
  
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable
  
• Help to close 2021 Audit
  
• Internal Audit preparation
  
• Learn internal system and make improvements
  
• Assist the controller in Revamping AR Processes and Procedures
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Available to start immediately
    
  • General Ledger Experience
    
  • Accounts Receivable familiarity
    
  • Accounting Background or Schooling
    
  • General computer knowledge
    
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
