The Preneed Company of America (Precoa) is a national sales and marketing company within the
preneed insurance industry. We are the nation's leading provider of an innovative marketing, lead
generation, and appointment-setting system called Proactive Preneed. - Position Overview: This position is a full-time, in-person role at Precoa's Orem, Utah office. The primary function of the Associate manager of operations is to lead the inside sales team, - and drive performance within their region (i.e. a large volume of high-quality appointments set on a daily basis). The Associate Manager bridges the gap between the Account Management team and the inside sales team. Lead distribution, quality assurance, and supporting and coaching Planners to maximize performance is paramount to this role. Finally, the Associate Manager is an ambassador to the inside sales team advocating for their success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- -Work in-person at Precoa's Orem, Utah office (Mon-Friday) - - Manage Training and Development of inside sales reps - Help interview and select new - team members - Implement Onboarding process for new hires - Develop sustainable training processes - Provide guidance on best practices and administer constructive feedback - Providing insight to team leads and guide coaching opportunities - Engagement & morale - plan and design incentives to drive performance - - Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure adequate FPC management coverage - ADP administration for team (approving timecards, PTO requests, etc) - Lead and organize regional meetings and attend other cross-functional department meetings as needed - Lead Distribution - Utilize all tools to distribute leads effectively

Knowledge of PC operations and software (Word processing and spreadsheet, powerpoint etc.) are required. Good typing skills. - Excellent leadership skills including interpersonal skills with the ability to have crucial conversations - Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail - Ability to build relationships - Inside Sales and Management experience Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree or high School diploma and two years of relevant experience required.
