POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Intern
REPORTS TO: Human Resources Director

Requirements
We are hiring a Human Resources Intern on behalf of our parent
company, Infly, which oversees the following brands: Classic Fun
Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, RollCall, The Alley, Ritz Eats &
Sweets, and Infly.co. For this position, we are looking for someone
who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will
work alongside the HR Director, location managers, and other HQ
departments from day to day on scaling and growing each of the
brands we represent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties related to the screening, interviewing, hiring, and
onboarding of each location's floor staff
Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of HQ staff
Work with the HR Director to manage and fulfill employee incentive
programs
Communicate consistently with location managers to ensure success
of hiring and labor goals
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, systems
management, and location manager accountability items
Work with several roles to define the organizational structure of
HQ and each location
Learn and understand our operations and how they can be improved or
modified
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business
Willing to challenge existing ideas and methods
Creative problem solver
Strong writing and communication skills
Punctual and excellent at beating deadlines
Experience with executing the rollout of new systems, programs, or
procedures
Energetic and passionate about improving the lives of our teams

COMPENSATION:
$12+/hr (DOE)
