As a Customer Support specialist, you will be interacting over the phone to help our clients with their service contracts and service scheduling. You would also answer any customer questions about Greenix's products and services. Paid training.

Hours: Mon-Fri between 7:00 am-5:00 pm. Full Time and Part Time positions available.
.Requirements:
-- 75% Inbound calls, 25%outbound calls. No cold calling
-- Reschedule service times with clients
-- Answer product inquiries for clients
-- Review contracts with clients
-- Noting Customer accounts correctly

Qualifications:
-- High School Diploma/GED
-- Excellent Communication skills
-- Basic computer skills
-- Positive and friendly attitude
