POSITION TITLE: Location Manager u200b REPORTS TO: HQ PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Oversee product management, facility management, and operations to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and taking care of its people (guests + employees). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY RESULT AREAS Guest Experience Management Ensures that the facility they are assigned to consistently puts people first. The staff is cared about on a deep level and the guests are so impressed that they come back frequently. Hires high-quality people who we are proud to invest in and who demonstrate and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Ensures that all employees are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction. Makes sure that all employees demonstrate a high level of service to our guests. Provides training, coaching, and feedback in any areas that are below standard. People Management Ensures that all team members within their facility receive appropriate orientation, training, and development opportunities. Prepares qualified employees for promotion to the next position. Continually develops employees for management level roles and life in general. Seeks development and growth opportunities for personal improvement. Evaluates the overall performance of each employee based on clearly communicated standards and expectations. Communicates and supports company goals, decisions, and directives. Follows up to ensure understanding. Makes tough decisions regarding all performance issues. Confronts poor performance and takes corrective action. Holds employees accountable for performance. Provides effective training and follow-up of new products, programs, and changes. Effective Business Management Works to maximize the financial performance and profits through grassroots marketing initiatives, events, employee programs, and more creative ways. Provides input in the development of Classic u2019s business plan Oversees floor operations and works floor shifts weekly to coach employees and set a high standard of excellence. Effectively utilizes available systems, procedures, and technology to meet business objectives. Oversees inventory management, including making orders, organizing inventory, and taking stock. Oversees facility management, coordinates with technicians, and ensures that the maintenance is performed as needed. Requirements SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION Ability to relocate High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years of management experience. Skilled in behavior and conflict management. Ability to inspire and motivate employees. Ability to run shifts smoothly and efficiently. Ability to work 45 hours per week, including some weekend hours.
