Blendtec is a growing global health company, a leader in

You will work closely with Blendtec's commercial sales team and
customers, supporting their efforts and providing the necessary
tools for them to be successful. We are seeking proactive
individuals with the ability to work in a team environment.
* Communicate daily with master distributors, customers, and
sales partners. * Coordinate with operations to effectively get
customer's orders delivered on time. * Drive improvement in current
processes and implement new ones where needed. * Manage Customer
account and understand customer expectations. * Project manage
customer needs - coordinate with internal departments. * Lead
entire value stream to set up, meet customer expectations, and
maintain and improve the relationship. * Navigate systems such as
EDI, AX, and CRM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Proactive to problems solve and create solutions for the
Customer. * Self-starter who can work independently and as a team.
* Follow-up with customers and multiple projects, daily. *
Professional written and oral skills. * Positive and effective
communication and relationship building skills. * Well-organized;
ability to prioritize time, meetings and emails. * Knowledge of MS
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, EDI, CRM and ability to learn
internal ERP systems are a must. * Great at multi-tasking. *
Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, procedures and
regulations. * Sound judgement and decision-making. * Shipping and
inventory process terminology and knowledge are preferred.
* 2-4 years of account management experience. * Associates or
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
