Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, on-boarding new customers and resolving technical issues. Training will be provided but must have prior customer support experience.

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests
  • Onboard new customers
  • Process account applications
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Phones skills are a must

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,000 to $36,000 yearly, DOE
