Position Summary:

As the Sales Senior Manager, you will lead a team of 3-5 experienced managers. Your job is to implement quantitative and qualitative recommendations to maximize revenue and sales contribution dollars. Your teams will be responsible for efforts across customer funnel optimization.

You will be responsible for the sales functions that require analysis, including forecasting strategy, geographic expansion policy, and lead allocation. Your team's recommendations, policies, and actions will affect a salesforce of 500+ strong. As a result, a successful leader will possess excellent people leadership as well as hard and soft skills. You will report to our VP of Sales.

Help homeowners prepare for the future by saving thousands of dollars on unnecessary power bills. Help us change the world by reducing our reliance on traditional power sources and replacing it with clean, abundant, renewable energy.

Essential Duties:

  • Mentor and develop 3-5 direct reports, each a manager over at least one department
  • Minimize customer acquisition costs (e.g., commissions and overrides management, variable and fixed cost management, optimize variable costs and sales efficiency)
  • Manage our sales retentions team to improve efficiency within our customer pipeline
  • Drive geographic expansion decisions based on market demographics, utility profile, and qualitative sales input
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts by market based on top-of-funnel indicators
  • Determine sales and fulfillment strategy for battery deployment across existing and future customers, country-wide
  • Increase utilization of field employees through process and scheduling improvements
  • Scale existing operations 40% in 2021 while expanding to 4-7 new metro areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, critical-thinking, continuous improvement environment
  • Excellent project management, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Mastery of Excel, with PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Great attitude, a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as they come, and a sense of humor

$80-115,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
