Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time A global law
firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of
commercial real estate experience to join its Salt Lake City
office. The role involves leading and supporting complex
transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing,
portfolio transactions, title and survey review, and due diligence.
Requirements 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience
Experience taking a lead role on transactions , including drafting
and negotiating core documents Strong academic credentials and
drafting skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment Utah Bar admission or eligibility for
prompt admission Preferred Experience Energy/project finance,
restaurant, office leasing, or general corporate experience What
You’ll Do Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions Draft
and negotiate transactional documents Oversee due diligence and
support junior associates Work with clients across a variety of
industries and property types
