Job Description Job Description Patent Litigation Associate Patent Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote) A nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully remote capacity . This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes patent disputes in federal courts and before the PTAB, representing innovative companies across a range of industries. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and experienced litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and seniority Performance-based bonus opportunities Fully remote work arrangement Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Generous paid time off and paid holidays CLE, bar dues, and professional development support Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (additional admissions a plus) 3 years of patent litigation experience Experience litigating patent cases in federal district court Experience with PTAB proceedings (IPRs, PGRs) preferred Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently in a remote environment - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
