Onboarding | Hybrid (Lindon, UT) Are you tech-savvy,
client-focused, and passionate about helping businesses get up and
running smoothly? We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to
join a growing Client Onboarding team dedicated to delivering a
seamless, white-glove experience for new clients. This role blends
technical implementation, training, and client success. You’ll work
directly with clients and internal teams to integrate software,
configure hardware, and ensure successful go-live experiences—all
while building trusted relationships along the way. What You’ll Do
Client Implementation & Onboarding Remotely install and configure
hardware and software solutions Integrate solutions with
third-party partner platforms Test systems to ensure full
functionality and successful processing Enter and validate client
account credentials Follow up post go-live to confirm success and
provide additional support as needed Training & Support Train
clients on integrated features, reporting tools, and analytics
Provide customized training on virtual terminals, payment tools,
ACH reporting, and standalone devices Educate clients on best
practices tailored to their business needs Client Experience
Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” onboarding experience
Understand each client’s business goals, timelines, and milestones
Clearly document all client interactions and maintain accurate
account records Gather and relay client feedback to improve
processes and outcomes Collaboration & Communication Partner
closely with internal teams and external partners Communicate with
clients via email and virtual meetings Participate in improving
documentation and onboarding processes Compliance & Security Follow
PCI procedures and verify data during client interactions Assist
clients with basic PCI-related questions or route them
appropriately What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 2–3
years of implementation experience demonstrating technical support
and client success (or equivalent experience) Strong
troubleshooting skills on Windows and macOS Understanding of SaaS
platforms, terminal services, and cloud-based software Knowledge of
home and business networking (wired & wireless) Familiarity with
TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and internet connectivity methods Ability
to configure software and hardware in terminal service environments
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce, Confluence,
and Google Workspace Familiarity with virtual machines, distributed
systems, or load-balanced environments Key Skills for Success
Reliability: Consistent attendance and follow-through
Professionalism: Strong communication and focus when working with
clients Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and
as part of a team This is not a call-center role—you’ll be the
first point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned
clients. Role Details Training: 3 months onsite Work Model: Hybrid
(3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after training Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: Year-long contract with
potential temp-to-hire (pending approval) Location: Lindon, UT
