Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Administrator / Portfolio
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer portfolio tools such as WAVE, Shibumi, or
Planview
Oversee user management, configuration, and reporting
functionalities
Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing
consultative support and training
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tooling Administrator or similar system
management role
Hands-on experience with WAVE, Shibumi, or similar
portfolio/project management tools
Strong Excel skills with financial data handling
Experience with user configuration, access management, and system
reporting
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in both
technical and non-technical roles
