This FIX connectivity position includes a union of FIX engineering, FIX support and analytical thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute to growth at the firm.**Your role**Are you detail oriented, organized and looking to add value to a growing organization? We're looking for an FIX connectivity / on-boarding specialist to run new connectivity, support existing connections and own client integration projects:+ each integration project can consist of several multi-tiered steps, from gathering client specifications to establishing FIX connectivity+ working with a global onboarding team. The role encompasses the full onboarding lifecycle; kick off call, requirements elicitation and gathering, conformance testing, production go live, support handover and 3rd line support+ full lifecycle of client FIX onboarding including liaison directly with clients, full end to end testing, etc+ work directly with major FIX network and OMS providers+ manage the day to day workload of client onboarding and to keep the business informed of progress+ create, maintain and enhance regression test suite+ constantly improving & further enhancing processes and workflows while mitigating risks+ coordinate with clearing and counterparty/contra firms+ oversee and execute standard, custom reports and manage reporting processes+ perform ongoing monitoring and tracking of projects and ensure deadlines are met**Your technical knowledge:**+ good understanding of FIX protocol+ project management skills & tools+ experience managing Vendor relationship with major FIX networks and OMS providers+ knowledge of Trade life cycle (exposure to Equity, Future and Options products a plus)+ knowledge of FIX networks (Netlink, SSL, TNS, Radianz)+ knowledge of SQL and Excel**What will help make you successful?**+ adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills+ self-directed, detail oriented, and well organized, able to set objectives and deliver to deadlines with minimal oversight+ comfortable with systems and technology that support trading activities+ able to engage in a fast paced environment+ excellent troubleshooting & problem solving skills+ demonstrated exceptional experience working with other financial platforms & entities (EMS/OMS/Custodial/Portfolio/Transfer Agents etc.)+ great team player plus highly motivated by individual career development plans and goals+ constantly seeking to improve processes+ exemplary degree of honesty and integrityJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
