SUMMARYThe Marketing Automation Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the administration of Marketo and related integrations including the sync with Salesforce, Marketo Measure (Bizible) as well as other software related to sales and marketing.The Marketing Automation Systems Administrator will need strong experience managing and maintaining Marketo. A typical day will include setting up new users, troubleshooting issues with campaigns, adding/removing fields from the Salesforce sync, cleaning up duplicates within the database, assisting with integration projects, preparing reports on application adoption, assisting with Marketo Measure (Bizible), and other projects as needed.Training will be provided for systems that integrate or relate to Marketo that you aren't familiar with. Many of these systems come with premium support through the vendor.This is not a Marketing position; this is a systems admin position. You will be managing the system rather than creating campaigns, landing pages, etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer Marketo
• Learn to administer related business applications as they come online such as Qualtrics and Ringlead
• Report on usage/adoption
• Properly escalate key issues when they arise
• Assist with keeping data clean
• Join meetings with vendors when needed
• Reach out to vendor support teams to help resolve issues
• Interface with Salesforce team to ensure proper syncing between Marketo and SalesforceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in the technology industry, including experience administering Marketo (Experience with Marketo is a must)
  • Strong functional and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to research solutions to operational problems
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills
  • Managed a large-scale marketing database and overseen augmentation and supported initiatives around improving database quality, database compliance and governanceEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE (optional):
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study is preferred, or equivalent work experience in Marketing Systems Administration
    • Marketo Certification
    • Experience with Ringlead
    • Experience with Qualtrics
