If our core values are part of your life, we would be excited to add you to our team.Job SummaryThe Human Resources Coordinator will require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality. This position will be responsible for supporting the onboarding, offboarding, and other areas in Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinator will help support the long-term human resources business goals, compliance, and process improvement. Other responsibilities include: Manages Onboarding process across several multi-state locations Practices data integrity by ensuring quality data reflects in Workday (HRIS) Assists leaders with status changes and onboarding questions Processes status changes in HRIS in accordance with company policy Facilitates compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (E-Verify and I9 s) Handles Verifications of Employment (VOE s) Assists with New Hire Orientation Performs other duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience 1+ years of HR Experience Prioritize tasks, work independently, work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing situations, communicate effectively with diverse individuals, and solve problems are critical to be successful in this position Experience with computer systems, problem solving and communicating complex information in easy-to-understand terms is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Basic understanding of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. Knowledge of HRIS. Preferably WorkdayWhat We Offer:
