This position will be responsible for supporting the onboarding, offboarding, and other areas in Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinator will help support the long-term human resources business goals, compliance, and process improvement. Other responsibilities include:


  • Process the daily workflow of the department
  • Assists leaders in status changes and onboarding of new professionals
  • Processes the termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Partners with the leadership team to train and educate on policies and processes within the company
  • Facilitates compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
    • 1+ years of HR Experience
    • Prioritize tasks, work independently, work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations, communicate effectively with diverse individuals, and solve problems are critical to be successful in this position
    • Experience with computer systems, problem solving and communicating complex information in easy-to-understand terms is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Basic understanding of employment-related laws and regulations
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
    • Knowledge of HRIS. Preferably Workday
