Clearlink, our people are our strategy-and the Human Resources
department strategically tackles the day-to-day management of
personnel, communications, and policy administration.So if you're a
people-person with fantastic organizational and conflict-management
skills, we want you to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will
have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, including
the development of new employee orientations and company policies.
You'll also support larger HR initiatives, maintain records, and
audit employee data to ensure accuracy.Breaking Down Your
Day-to-DayProvide accurate and timely analysis, and subsequent
communication, of employee-related issuesAdminister company leave
policyAssist in maintaining Human Resources employee recordsUpdate
employee status changes in Workday (HRIS)Conduct employee
orientations, onboarding, benefit orientations, and enrollment for
eligible employees as neededBe a liaison for Facilities/Office
Support Teams and leadershipOwn HR duties and responsibilities for
your office/locationSupporting and collaborating with mid and
senior-level managers as they navigate leading their
teamsRepresenting Clearlink and being a point of contact when VIP
guests visit the office Proactively align and collaborate with SLC
team members to create consistent programs and processes across
locationsServe as point of contact for the building managers for
various concerns or questionsOther responsibilities as
needed/assignedWhat You NeedExcellent multi-tasking, organizational
skills, and attention to detailUnderstanding of FLSA, FMLA, ADA,
and all applicable federal and state lawsAbility to work in a
fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work with a certain
level of ambiguityStrong communication skillsAbility to define
problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid
conclusionsAbility to present to audiences ofAbility to write
reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsExperience
