Our approach is built around improving performance, growing profitability, and protecting long-term value.We're hiring aDirector of Hotel Operationsto oversee a portfolio of hotels and work closely with our Vice President of Operations. This role is responsible for driving operational and financial performance, supporting on-property teams, and ensuring accountability at every level.We're looking for someone who knows how to run hotels, lead teams, and drive performance with consistency and accountability.Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President of Operations in driving performance, accountability, and consistency across a defined portfolio of hotels
• Provide operational leadership during General Manager transitions and step in where needed to ensure stability and continuity
• Conduct regular property visits focused on brand standards, service delivery, and operational execution
• Develop and support on-property leadership teams, reinforcing clear expectations and strong day-to-day management
• Review and interpret operational, financial, and guest service performance to identify gaps and drive improvement
• Lead the rollout and adoption of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategies in coordination with hotel teams
• Maintain a clear line of communication with property leadership to ensure alignment, operational focus, and profitabilityQualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience, including time in a leadership role
  • Experience managing multiple properties with a focus on performance and accountability
  • Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities
  • Confident with budgeting, forecasting, and making decisions based on financial performance
  • Familiar with brand standards, franchise systems, and core operational tools
  • Willing to travel regularly and adjust to the needs of an active portfolio
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus
