This unique position is designed for a compassionate and skilled therapist who is committed to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to newborns experiencing health challenges. As a dedicated therapist in our neonatal care units, you will be instrumental in implementing specialized therapeutic interventions aimed at improving the developmental outcomes of our most vulnerable patients. Assess newborn patients and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Implement therapeutic interventions to address developmental delays and improve overall health outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate and support families in understanding their child’s needs and care procedures. Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and complies with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with neonatal care advancements. Strong expertise in pediatric or neonatal therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in handling medical equipment used in neonatal therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Certification in Neonatal Therapy (optional but preferred) BLS/CPR Certification
