Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Clinical Value
Analysis Director to join our renowned team. In this pivotal role,
you will be responsible for leading the value analysis and
standardization processes across a wide spectrum of clinical
products and services. Your leadership will ensure cost-effective
and high-quality outcomes that align with HCA Healthcare's
commitment to patient-centered care. Leveraging comprehensive data
analytics, critical evaluation of clinical products, and
collaboration with healthcare providers, you will drive initiatives
that optimize clinical efficacy and contribute to the
sustainability of healthcare operations. Lead interdisciplinary
teams in the evaluation of clinical products and technology to
ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and
implement strategies for product standardization that align with
clinical practice and patient care goals. Collaborate with supply
chain, clinical staff, and external vendors to negotiate contracts
and secure quality products. Oversee the collection and analysis of
data to monitor the utilization and effectiveness of clinical
products. Facilitate training and education on new products and
practices to clinical staff. Regularly review and update clinical
protocols and guidelines based on the latest evidence-based
research. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient
in data analysis and cost-benefit evaluations Excellent negotiation
and communication skills Proven leadership and team management
abilities Advanced knowledge of healthcare procurement and clinical
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional
(CVAHP) desired Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is a plus
