Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff 46 Patient Ratios : 1:2 (1:3
for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT,
open hearts) Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech
availability) : 1 CCT/US during day shift if 10 patients
Documentation system: EPIC Scheduling requirements: Straight nights
or 50/50 Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital
inpatient Typical hiring profile Must have: 2 years of ICU
experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List typical
procedures performed on unit(s): Rapid Sequence Intubations Central
line placements Experience with ventilators, vasopressors,
restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills. Procedures
performed on unit: central line placement, bronchoscopy,
intubation, arterial line placement, chest tube placement Best
personality Fit: Outgoing, team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS Floating Area(s): PCU Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire -
Caribbean Blue Weekends and On call(if any) 3 weekend shifts within
