Inpatient General Psychiatrist - Orem, Utah Location: Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital, Orem, Utah Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital , in partnership with Provo Canyon School, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated General Psychiatrist to join our team. Located on a beautiful five-acre campus near Provo Canyon , our hospital has expanded our commitment to mental health, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Position Overview: Role: Inpatient General Psychiatrist. Patient Population: Mixed adolescent and adult caseload. Average Daily Caseload: 12-15 patient encounters per day. Schedule: Monday Friday, daytime hours. Weekend Coverage: 1:4 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding. Weekday Call: One evening call shift per week by phone only. Employment Type: Full-time employed position. Additional earnings potential: Optional outpatient, ECT, or RTC available plus Productivity Bonus Plan. Key Responsibilities: Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for adolescent and adult patients. Participate in medical administrative meetings as assigned. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potential. Additional perks: Robust benefits package and more. Qualifications: Education: M.D./D.O. with Board Eligibility/Certification in General Psychiatry. Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and/or fellowship program. Licensure: Utah medical license in good standing or eligibility to obtain it. Why Orem, Utah?
