MityLite is an award-winning manufacturer of professionally designed highly durable event furniture. Trusted worldwide, MityLite products are found primarily in banquet, meeting, and event venues in the hospitality, education, government, and church markets. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to work with our sales team in the Education market.Duties and responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service
• Assist customers via phone, email, and online presentations, both in-bound and out-bound
• Manage the customer relationship from initial contact through closing and post-sale follow-up
• Manage existing database, new lead requests, and follow-up with current and potential customers
• Be a product expert to guide customers to the right product solutions for their needs as well as introducing additional and complimentary products
• Manage monthly sales forecasting and quota trackingQualifications
  • Proven account management or other relevant sales experience of 2+ years
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects simultaneously with good attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
