Job Description:

The Curriculum Manager will be an integral member of a team dedicated to bringing Dell Technologies training and certification to students in higher education, with the goal of enhancing access to world-class education for communities historically under-represented in the technology industry. In collaboration with a dedicated team of learning experts as well as business partners and stakeholders in Education Services, Sales, University Relations, Diversity & Inclusion and others, you will be responsible for identifying learning requirements and designing compelling training and credentials as part of the Develop with Dell program. The program delivers curricula to 2- and 4-year colleges serving minority communities, enabling increased awareness of and preparation for successful roles in tech.

**Principal tasks and responsibilities:**

- Define curriculum requirements and roadmap
- Conduct industry research and work with Dell stakeholders to define entry-level role requirements
- Work with faculty at 2- and 4-year colleges to define learning requirements
- Collaborate to design curricula aligned to student needs, market trends and industry hiring requirements
- Build knowledge validation / certification strategy for subject areas
- Develop roadmap of additional programs and enhancements
- Build and deliver industry-leading learning
- Collaborate with external and internal teams on experience, structure and content
- Work with Dell practitioners, partner program teams and others to incorporate 'real world' experience into curriculum
- Ensure content accuracy, relevance and quality
- Define next-generation delivery methods and ensure content compatibility
- Deliver an industry-leading learning experience enhancing students' workforce readiness and Dell brand
- Sustaining management and improvement of learning portfolio
- Track consumption, adoption and learner feedback on courses
- Identify opportunities for content and experience improvement
- Monitor industry trends and emerging IT industry roles, continuously enhancing portfolio of course offerings to maintain leading-edge workforce readiness for students

**Required knowledge and qualifications:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion and experience in fostering an inclusive and diverse environment
- Commitment to improving the experience of historically underserved communities
- Proficiency in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Research and analytical skills
- Ability to influence others to achieve results
- Experience designing, building and delivering compelling learning experiences
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

**Experiences and Education:**
- Experience working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams including external groups (customers, partners, community groups, etc.)
- Experience in a training, enablement or student services role
- Completion of MBA or Master's degree required
- 6+ years of relevant experience
