The growth team will be responsible for the ideation, research, and execution on strategies that will allow us to continue to grow at an amazing pace. The Growth Manager will frequently work with all parts of the organization to achieve alignment and vision on current strategies, along the way fostering a growth mindset with everyone in the organization.What You'll Do

  • Ideate and lead projects that contribute to the growth of the company
  • Understand our patient behaviors and follow healthcare trends that could lead to growth opportunities
  • Define and analyze metrics that serve as standard of success for growth
  • Work cross functionally to implement holistically successful experiments that began in the growth team
  • Present findings of growth projects to different people within the organization
  • Communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention-to-detailRequirements
    • Most important is highly motivated, curious, and quantitative
    • 3+ years of managing a team in a formal capacity
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, strategy, or growth
    • 2+ years experience with a/b testing sales processes, patient experience, or product
    • Highly proficient in at least one of the following: SQL, Python, or Excel
    • Tinkerer (highly curious)
    • Passionate about hitting and setting goals
    • Desire to work in a very fast paced environmentRequirements::by Jobble
