Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced RV
Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will
independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV
systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and
chassis components. Your technical expertise and attention to
detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop
efficiency, and overall service quality. Pay $20 per hour
performance bonus Key Objectives:â?¯ Lead complex diagnostics and
repairs to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV
makes and models Support service department performance by
mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative,
high-quality work environment Maintain a high standard of
workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat
business Responsibilities Inspect units for customer sales Learn
and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation Diagnose and
repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC),
plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural
components Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels,
satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings Complete
pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer
delivery Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time
tracking Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level
and mid-level technicians Ensure all work complies with safety
regulations and dealership standards Keep workspace organized,
clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials What you’ll
bring 3 years of hands-on RV repair or related
mechanical/electrical experience Strong working knowledge of RV
systems, components, and repair procedures RVTI certification
Ability to work independently and as a team leader Have a set of
personal tools The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for
long periods of time The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs
with an assistive device Work in environments that include heat,
cold, dust, and loud noises Flexibility with work schedules;
including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays) Neat, clean,
and professional appearance Ability to pass a background and drug
testâ?¯ Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission,
