Job Description:

You'll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, complete payroll tasks, handle mail and deliveries, and bank deposits, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Note: This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM. We are also looking for someone to be here long-term; if you're looking for a summer job, this may not be the right fit for you.


Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.


At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
