Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Division: Administration

Job Summary: Responsible for handling front office reception and
administration duties, including greeting guest, answering phones,
handling company inquires and may also have duties relating to
Human Resources Administration that require strict
confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core
values.
* Front-desk coverage including answering phones, greeting guests,
and directing them appropriately.
* Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls/voicemails while
providing basic information as needed.
* Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries/couriers (FedEx, UPS,
Amazon, etc.)
* Manage conference room scheduling as needed.
* Weekly maintains supplies by checking stock to determine
inventory levels of office supplies; anticipate requirements; place
and expedite orders; stock supplies as needed.
* May be required to assist Human Resources Department with highly
confidential administrative work as needed.
* Assist recruiting with greeting and escorting candidates.

Education and/or Experience:
* Previous professional experience desired, candidate should
demonstrate front office expertise and related experience with a
professional appearance.

Individual Development (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
* Impeccable communication skills; both verbal and written.
* Advanced working knowledge of software's (Microsoft Suite,
Outlook, etc.)
* Great organizational skills.
* Must display a high level of integrity in dealing with issues of
confidential nature.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while being
self-driven.
