We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an amazing company in Vineyard! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The schedule is 8am-6pm, Monday to Thursday. Starting pay is $18-$20/hr with the opportunity to go longer term with the company.Responsibilities:--Manage day-to-day administrative functions in an office setting--Contact company vendors to ensure correct documentation--Plan and schedule appointments and events--Answer inbound telephone calls--Develop and implement organized filing systems--Perform all other office tasksWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:--Ability to prioritize and multitask--Excellent written and verbal communication skills--Strong attention to detail--Strong organizational skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:--Previous experience in office administration or other related fields We are looking to hire for this position immediately.
