Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue accountant to join our incredible Accounting team!This position will be solely responsible for the revenue processes, including accounts receivable. Some of the specific duties associated with this position include:


- Work with the sales team and Deduction Analyst to ensure revenue and discounts are accounted for in the correct period.

- Research, explain, and document variances, including payment discrepancies and disputes

- Generating invoices and account statements as needed

- Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid

- Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles

- Provide support and explanations to other departments and external auditors

- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits

- Post customer payments daily

- Other projects as needed


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or strong experience equivalent to

- Familiarity with Quickbooks and Microsoft office products

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and those within the organization

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

- High degree of attention to detail.

- Full time schedule, Monday - Friday

- Pay is DOE
