• Pool tableJob DescriptionCustomer Care is a growing department of Saela. We are looking for s positive and motivated individual to join our team at our Corporate office in Orem, UT. In this role, you will work with third party billing and compliance websites as well as perform multiple compliance and billing functions. You will be responsible to manage the relationship with the outside collection agency. You will be responsible to enter payments and make deposits daily. You will also assist customers using the customer portal.Responsibilities

    • 2 years of support center or equivalent experience
    • Proficient in navigating third party systems
