We have immediate openings for Collection Agents at our Orem, Utah Corporate Office conveniently located near UVU, BYU and University Mall. Prior collections or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Collection Agent Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Make inbound customer phone calls.
• Maintain CRM and account notes
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services
• Reporting as required
• Written correspondence with customers
• Excellent attendance is required. What we are looking for:
  • Prior collection agent experience preferred
  • Prior sales or retention experience
  • Strong social skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Effective listener
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
